Line Cook

Italian Kitchen (1+ Year Experience Required)
At Fiore’s Café, we believe good food is built the old-school way: steady hands, clean stations, and respect for tradition. We’re looking for a dependable Line Cook with at least one year of experience in an Italian restaurant who takes pride in consistency, teamwork, and well-executed plates. This is a working kitchen—fast-paced, disciplined, and rooted in authentic Italian technique.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 1 year experience as a line cook in an Italian or scratch kitchen

• Ability to work the line during busy lunch and dinner service

• Familiarity with Italian sauces, pasta dishes, and basic prep

• Strong understanding of food safety, cleanliness, and organization

• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow recipes and chef direction

• Team-focused attitude with a calm approach under pressure
